Android

Download Quiet for Android
  1. Open the downloaded Quiet.apk.
  2. If asked, allow installing apps from your browser, then tap Install. Android may warn that the app isn't from the Play Store yet; tap Install anyway.
  3. Open Quiet, pick your name, and you're in.

Used Quiet in a browser before? Open this site in that browser and tap Move my account: your contacts and chats move into the app.

iPhone

  1. Open quiet-messenger-ebon.vercel.app in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  3. Open Quiet from your Home Screen (not from Safari) and pick your name. Allow notifications when asked (iOS 16.4 or newer).
  4. Got an invite? Tap +, then I have a link or code, and enter the code.
